REFUND POLICY
SHIPPING
When the order has been delivered to a shipping or courier company, the client will be informed of the tracking number via email, so they can track their package.
Once you receive your tracking number, it is the client’s responsibility to check the delivery status of the package online or by phone, in order to confirm the delivery date at the provided address.
If the courier notifies a delivery attempt and you are not at your address, it is the client’s responsibility and subject to the courier’s delivery policies. We recommend that if there is a security gate or front desk at the delivery address, you notify them in advance to avoid delays.
IMPORTANT: If the package arrives damaged, even minimally, do not accept it or make a report immediately. Claims must be filed at the time of delivery. If this does not happen, JIMMY DARLING will not be held responsible.
If for any reason the security seal or tape of the package is broken, do not accept the product and contact us immediately so we can help you with the corresponding claim. If you decide to accept the package with a broken seal, we will not be responsible for any damages or product loss.
It is also important to check the number of boxes shown in your tracking guide. At the time of delivery, make sure the number of packages matches. If not, please do not accept the delivery and contact us at jimmy.darliing@gmail.com.
For international shipments, delivery dates are estimated since they depend on factors outside of JIMMY DARLING’s control. We will make reasonable efforts to meet them, but we cannot be held responsible for delays.
CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
- Cancellations are not accepted.
- Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days after receiving the item.
- The client is responsible for returning the product in perfect condition. Once we receive it and verify its condition, we will send the exchange.
- The client is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product.
